Hi There! My name is Jon Paolo Cesar, but you can simply call me Jon. I am a Technical / Customer Support Specialist currently residing in Metro Manila, Quezon City, Philippines. I finished a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology back in 2014. But since then, I have worked as a Technical / Customer Support. Since I have been in this industry, there's only one thing I can say and that is not everyone has Customer Service skills. In real life, you can say some may lack it, but you can also say other people are still better than me.
